The winning ticket was purchased at Casey’s #3678, located at 1321 W. Adams St. in Decatur, for the April 26, 2025 drawing. The ticket matched four white balls and the Powerball to secure the prize.
If the ticket is not claimed by 4:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, October 23, 2025, the prize will expire. The winner must visit the Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment office at 1302 N. Meridian St. in Indianapolis to claim their winnings.
